We’ve just started the Final Project at Hyper Island. A few days ago we confirmed the proposal from our client and for the best result and co operation we agreed to move to London for 2 months to work at their office. Our group is of course super happy about this opportunity and we look forward to start working on our brief.

making a dream come true

I’ve had a dream for several years… to have my own arcade machine that could emulate all those classic games like space invaders, pacman, bomberman, metal slug e. g. This summer me and my friend started this little project and little by little I could see my dream come true. Here’s a few “in the making” pictures and I will of course upload some more pictures when it’s completely done. enjoy!

Triforce

During our module Experience Technology at Hyper Island we were given a task. To in four weeks create something cool and interactive with a gadget we were given. Our grup were given the Nintendo Wiimote.
We created an installation that allows the user to control sound and animations projected on physical pyramids on a wall, like an instrument. The pyramids contained sounds and animation that you were able to trigger and play around with thanks to our “magic glove”. We called the installation Triforce. The installation was exhibited in Stockholm on the 24th of October 2009 And we were one of three lucky groups to advance and bring our installation to exhibit at Wieden+Kennedy London.
My role in this project was conceptualize, a lot of building and sound design.

Dentist invitaions

I wanted to play down the fear many of us have when going for an appointment at the dentist. So I did some cute character design of small teeth with tips on how to take better care of your teeth.

I recently designed a logo for a new street surf skate shop. I’m really happy about the outcome and the client was really nice and cool to work with. I’m looking forward to working more with Edgy Monkey in the future.
